Assessment

We have extra long initial appointments to ensure that your injury/concern is thoroughly assessed and diagnosed correctly. These Assessments will ensure you understand fully and are included in the development of your recovery plan. We also are able to refer for imaging &/or discuss a possible referral to a specialist (via GP) when necessary.

Detailed Recovery Plans

Now it’s time to get into the nitty gritty of your recovery. We will develop a plan to ensure the most up-to-date evidence based treatment approaches are taken to ensure you have the best of care. This may include, development of a home or gym based exercise program, clinical pilates, taping, manual therapy (eg. massage, dry needling), education and of course a physio to chat to that really cares that you reach your best.

What Is Clinical

Exercise/Pilates

Our clinical Exercise/pilates sessions are evidence based group exercise sessions developed by an experienced physiotherapist tailored to your injury & goals. Our pilates studio has brand new state of the art equipment including reformers and a split combo chair. The group class space also has access to other general gym equipment such as free weights, spin bike & treadmill!

1:1 Sessions

These sessions may be used for more complex concerns where more time is required 1:1 with your physiotherapist to consolidate your rehabilitation plan/exercise program. These sessions may also be used to set up a home or pilates program when necessary. In these sessions you will have access to our fantastic gym space.

Group Sessions

Our group classes are small to ensure attention to detail; with a physio to patient ratio of 1:4. These sessions are always individualised to your goals and injuries. This is why they are great for an array of clients, including but not limited to; sporting injuries, pregnancy and post natal care, post surgical, persistent pain and falls prevention. These group sessions run for 60 minutes and are claimable with your private health fund.
